Over seven years of dedication, including dreaming, planning, tasting, and exploration, culminated in its establishment in the revered domain of the steakhouse. Their menu revolves around all-natural beef sourced from family-run farms, primarily located in upstate New York, Pennsylvania, and New England. Each steak is simply seasoned with flaked sea salt and expertly seared over live-fire charcoal. Situated within the historic United Charities Building, just steps away from Gramercy Park, Hawksmoor's home boasts impressive features, including a 26-foot vaulted ceiling, a thirty-five-seat bar, and two exclusive private dining areas.
