Private Production Studios in the heart of Manhattan (2 blocks from Penn Station) Available for yearly rental. Studios have 24 hour - 7 days a week access, are floated individual Control Rooms with Isolated ground receptacles all connected to an Iso-Transformer (clean power). All Studios are wired with Cat 6, have individual climate control, and include dedicated fiber-line wifi and electric. In addition, an iso booth is included with tie lines from each studio. This is a private floor at Smash Studios. The floor is super-pro with a private entrance, new bathrooms, private lounge, high security, individual alarms on all the suites, and mobile phone integrated front door system. Entire floor is approximately 4000 sq feet. Electric and Internet Included. $1850 a month and up depending on size.
