Ploume is our private lounge on the lower level. It's a sophisticated and spacious room with plenty of areas to lounge, mingle, gather at the bar, or tuck away more private conversation or hit the dance floor. The space is fully soundproof, so there is no crossover from the main dining. Ploume also includes dedicated men’s and women’s restrooms, guest-list management, coat check, and the option to connect you with a DJ. The sound system is excellent, and we offer customizable lighting, wireless microphones, and a flat-screen TV. We have a wide selection of elevated small bites, platters, and buffet-style dishes. Our chef is happy to accommodate gluten-free needs, seafood lovers, and any specific allergies. Paired with a two or three hour open bar package, it creates a seamless and memorable evening.
