INDUSTRIA, an entire single story building on S 5th street that can be rented in full: 10,000 sqft of column free space, 25 ft ceilings, lobby, loading docks and private entrances. Endless possible configurations to meet every need for large film shoots, multi-set productions, fashion shows, weddings, corporate conferences, live events, art exhibits, product launches, intimate dinners and parties. INDUSTRIA maintains a list of preferred vendors for security, catering and production with great experience working in our building: we are happy to share it upon request. INDUSTRIA is nested in front of the massive stone footing of the Williamsburg bridge at the entrance of domino park by the east river, one stop from Manhattan. The Refinery, Misi, Aska, Sunday in Brooklyn, Jane Motorcycles, Marlow & Sons, Tacocina, Aurora, Le Crocodile, Devoción, Hermès, Chanel, Byredo, Supreme, The William Vale, Wythe Hotel, Rule of thirds, Yuu, Brooklyn Bowl, Le Labo, and National Sawdust are a few of the vibrating locations that energize our neighborhood.
