The Lobby features 3 levels, the Main Lobby, Galleria, and Lower Level Lobby, with Floors 2&3 available as production support. Activations within the lobby are subject to building approvals regarding event type, timing, and maximum capacities. PRE EVENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENTS • Detailed event overview, including floor plan, production schedule, and headcount • Vendor Contact List and Certificates of Insurance • Guest List in Excel Format • Crew List and Credentials • Contact Sheet Listing All Event Points of Contact, incl. Name, #, co., title, mobile # and email • Copy of TPA permit and any other applicable permits or licenses, including fire guard certification if using external provider • Final coordination meeting with the Wooolworth team to confirm all venue-related details (to be scheduled one week prior to the event) • Copy of special Event Permit issued by the New York State Liquour Authority (if alcohol will be served)
