One Orchard Hall Hall is a waterfront event space seating up to 100 or hosting 150 standing for a cocktail-style event, with an adjoining open-air balcony accommodating an additional 150 guests. Ideal for weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, and milestone celebrations, the space flows seamlessly between an intimate indoor setting and open balcony views over Orchard Beach, giving hosts the flexibility to scale from a seated dinner to a larger standing reception without losing the waterfront backdrop that sets the venue apart.
