**Unit 52 is a 72-square metre Space that can accomodate an 80 standing event or otherwise 75 theatre style, 40 cabaret, 30 horse-shoe and 30 boardroom style sit-down events.** Situated in the far corner of Chocolate Studios, matte industrial windows welcome a wealth of natural sunlight in the all-white Space with a smaller meeting room with glass partition perfect for a break-out area or utilize for dining/break Spaces. Comes complete with kitchen and disabled toilet and anytime events assistant. This Space can be adjusted and built to host a variety of small and intimate events ranging from workshops, lectures, gatherings, corporate get-togethers, workshops and talks and can also be utilised for studio space for photographers, demos, pop-ups, yoga and fitness classes.
