This Space may also be used for photoshoots focusing around food and cooking. 

The Space can comfortably seat up to 10 people and has a fully equipped homely kitchen. 

A cosy industrial shabby-chic decor with large warehouse loft-style windows offers a very pleasant ambience and inspires creativity, breaking away from corporate environments and offering a more intimate experience for you and your Guests.

**Unit 48 is a 42 square metre space, benefiting from a wealth of natural light from large industrial loft-style windows and neutral decor, ideal for hosting meetings, break-out days, small conferences, business meetings, networking events and small business get-togethers.** 

The Space can host 40 standing and otherwise a maximum of 35 seated events and we are able to supply all the chairs and tables and various tech and meeting equipment upon request. 

This Space is also suitable for photoshoots, filming and small film screenings. The venue is able to supply projectors and anything necessary to set up any kind of backdrop needed for shoots. 

The Space can also be set up for small private screenings, they are able to set up 35 theatre-style seats, ideal for a more intimate showcase and small-scale premiers.

Chocolate Studios

**Unit 52 is a 72-square metre Space that can accomodate an 80 standing event or otherwise 75 theatre style, 40 cabaret, 30 horse-shoe and 30 boardroom style sit-down events.** 

Situated in the far corner of Chocolate Studios, matte industrial windows welcome a wealth of natural sunlight in the all-white Space with a smaller meeting room with glass partition perfect for a break-out area or utilize for dining/break Spaces. 

Comes complete with kitchen and disabled toilet and anytime events assistant. 

This Space can be adjusted and built to host a variety of small and intimate events ranging from workshops, lectures, gatherings, corporate get-togethers, workshops and talks and can also be utilised for studio space for photographers, demos, pop-ups, yoga and fitness classes.
