**The Wimbledon Room is a multi-function Space in Teddington suitable for meetings, conferences and social events of all kinds.**  

It is located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in The Lensbury Conference Centre.

It is a bright and spacious room having floor to ceiling windows at the rear and doors that open onto a private terrace and the gardens beyond.  

There is a private bar, dance floor and built-in audiovisual equipment that can be deployed for meetings and presentations as required.  Maximum capacity in the Wimbledon Room is 80 in cabaret layout.

**Mortimer Room is a multifunctional venue available for meetings and workshops, located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in The Lensbury Conference Centre.**  

It has views over the gardens at the rear of the property and the River Thames.   

Decorated with soft neutral colours, the Mortimer Room is ideal for private dining, drinks receptions and social gatherings.  

It is also suitable for meetings up to 25 delegates in boardroom or u-shape layout and is equipped with audiovisual equipment - a large drop-down screen, data projector and two flip charts.

The Lensbury

**The Dunbar Room at The Lensbury is a multi-purpose meeting venue, for hire in Teddington.**

The Dunbar Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel with views over the gardens to the rear of the property.

Its soft furnishings, cosy fireplace and piano, make it an ideal Space for private dinners and social gatherings.  

However, as the room is also equipped with audiovisual equipment, it can be used for meetings and presentations too.  

With capacity for up to 80 seated guests in cabaret layout, the Dunbar is a versatile function Space.

Dunbar Room

**The Doherty Room is a smaller meeting room for hire in Teddington, suitable for up to 15 delegates in a boardroom layout.**  

Located on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in The Lensbury Conference Centre, it has beautiful views of the grounds and river to the rear of the property.

It is equipped with an LCD screen for connecting a laptop and two flip charts.

Doherty Room

**The Uttley Room is located on the ground floor of the Twickenham Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre and is available for meetings and small conferences.**  

It has good natural daylight, locally controlled air-con and heating and is fully equipped with an LCD screen and 2 flip charts.

It is ideal as a larger syndicate room or for small meetings for up to 15 delegates in a boardroom layout.

Uttley Room

**The Lloyd Room is located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre and is suitable for meetings and conferences **

This room has great natural daylight and locally controlled air conditioning and heating.  

It's decorated in soft neutral colours and is ideal as a private dining room. 

The room is equipped with a drop-down screen, data projector and 2 flip charts it is also suitable for meetings and conferences.

Lloyd Room

**The Thames View Suite in Teddington is the largest function room at The Lensbury available for meetings and conferences.**  

It is a light, contemporary Space with floor to ceiling windows and access to a private sun deck and the gardens beyond.  

It has its own private bar and is ideal for dinners, parties, weddings and social events.  

As the Thames View Suite is also equipped with audiovisual equipment - data projector, 3 drop-down screens it is equally suitable for meetings and conferences for up to 300 delegates.

**Barrett, Larcombe, Austin, Durie and Robson Rooms are small syndicate rooms suitable for meetings, located in the Wimbledon Building of the Lensbury Conference Centre.** 

 Each room has natural daylight, locally controlled air-con and heating and is equipped with an LCD screen and 1 flipchart.

**Barker, Henman, Perry and Wade Rooms are all state-of-the-art meeting rooms for hire in Teddington.**

The four rooms are identical in size and shape and all are located on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre.

Each room has good natural daylight with windows on two sides, locallly controlled air conditioning and heating.  

The rooms are all square in shape with modern, ergonomically designed furniture. Each is equipped with large screen and projector for presentations, 2 flip charts, write-on boards and sound system.  

Maximum capacity in cabaret layout is 36 delegates.

Barker, Henman, Perry and Wade Rooms

**The Murray Room is a lovely meeting room, located on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre.**  

It has recently been refurbished with modern, ergonomic furniture and fresh, contemporary decor. It is ideal for board meetings, training sessions and meetings for up to 15 delegates in boardroom or u-shape layout.  

The room has good daylight, locally controlled heating and air conditioning and is equipped with an LCD screen and two flipcharts.

Murray Room

**The Beaumont Room is a spacious ground floor meeting and workshop room located in the Twickenham Building in The Lensbury Conference Centre.**  

It is ideal for plenary sessions and works well in a cabaret layout for up to 100 delegates.  

The audiovisual equipment is second to none with a large drop-down screen and projector, sound system, 4 flip charts and write on board.  

Outside the Beaumont Room is a coffee lounge where delegates can take their breaks.
