**Mortimer Room is a multifunctional venue available for meetings and workshops, located on the ground floor of the Wimbledon Building in The Lensbury Conference Centre.**  

It has views over the gardens at the rear of the property and the River Thames.   

Decorated with soft neutral colours, the Mortimer Room is ideal for private dining, drinks receptions and social gatherings.  

It is also suitable for meetings up to 25 delegates in boardroom or u-shape layout and is equipped with audiovisual equipment - a large drop-down screen, data projector and two flip charts.

**The Dunbar Room at The Lensbury is a multi-purpose meeting venue, for hire in Teddington.**

The Dunbar Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel with views over the gardens to the rear of the property.

Its soft furnishings, cosy fireplace and piano, make it an ideal Space for private dinners and social gatherings.  

However, as the room is also equipped with audiovisual equipment, it can be used for meetings and presentations too.  

With capacity for up to 80 seated guests in cabaret layout, the Dunbar is a versatile function Space.

**Barrett, Larcombe, Austin, Durie and Robson Rooms are small syndicate rooms suitable for meetings, located in the Wimbledon Building of the Lensbury Conference Centre.** 

 Each room has natural daylight, locally controlled air-con and heating and is equipped with an LCD screen and 1 flipchart.

**The Murray Room is a lovely meeting room, located on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre.**  

It has recently been refurbished with modern, ergonomic furniture and fresh, contemporary decor. It is ideal for board meetings, training sessions and meetings for up to 15 delegates in boardroom or u-shape layout.  

The room has good daylight, locally controlled heating and air conditioning and is equipped with an LCD screen and two flipcharts.

Murray Room

**Barker, Henman, Perry and Wade Rooms are all state-of-the-art meeting rooms for hire in Teddington.**

The four rooms are identical in size and shape and all are located on the first floor of the Wimbledon Building in the Lensbury Conference Centre.

Each room has good natural daylight with windows on two sides, locallly controlled air conditioning and heating.  

The rooms are all square in shape with modern, ergonomically designed furniture. Each is equipped with large screen and projector for presentations, 2 flip charts, write-on boards and sound system.  

Maximum capacity in cabaret layout is 36 delegates.
