Hire the River Room at The Royal Horseguards, formerly the Ladies’ Lounge of the National Liberal Club, for your next conference or meeting venue hire in London.

The River Room is a thoroughly welcoming venue suitable for parties of between 30 and 70 guests. And if you’d like a little more space for your function, you can pair the River Room with the adjoining Meston Room, accommodating up to 95 guests.

The River Room still displays its original oak panelling, while the floor to ceiling windows reveal stunning, all-encompassing views towards the London Eye and River Thames. The quintessential setting for a private meeting with a fabulous backdrop to truly inspire your team.

The River Room enjoys high ceilings, air-conditioning and wireless internet access, and our in-house AV company can provide on-site technicians as required. The whole area is accessible for wheelchair users.
