Studio Wayne McGregor is a creative arts space for making, located in the vibrant creative and digital campus of Here East in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - East London.

Renting the entire venue would give you access to our Gallery space, three studio spaces, the Obsidian Terrace and Albers room, perfect for larger scale filming and photography, parties, conferences, product launches and other unique events

The striking architecture of the Obsidian Terrace makes it attractive for small scale photo shoots. It can also be utilised for wardrobe fittings and make-up, as well as functioning as a working office space and meeting room.

The Gallery space is fully accessible within the venue and the Here East building. Has good access to our loading bay should you need to bring large scale items in and is the perfect space to create bespoke, memorable events

Gallery

Studio 3 is a versatile and adaptable  and accessible space, connected on the ground floor to the Gallery, perfect for large scale rehearsals, conferences and product launches. 

With close access to the freight lift for get-in and large deliveries, Studio 3 features four mirrored doors and provision for full blackout. Studio 3 is also fitted with 5 x Panasonic cameras fixed to the walls for recording or livestream, remotely operated from a hidden production space.

Situated on the second level, Studio 1 is the largest of the three studios (and one of the largest in London), filled with natural light through the feature ceiling aperture.

The Studio space is fully contained with three glass doors (one of which leads out onto a terrace space, also included in the booking), features power ports around the space and has a built in sound system

Portable ballet barres, variable floor surfaces and tables and chairs are available on request.

Located on the first floor this space (which can be made accessible via ramps) can be utilised as a dressing room, green room, wardrobe and make-up prep spaces or an operations space. It is also a great location for board or private meetings, or as a break out area for larger sessions.

The table and chairs removeable to optimise space and the window can be blocked out for privacy.
