The Gallery Room is situated on the mezzanine level of Kings Place and boasts a lavish marble flooring, 75” plasma screen and hi-spec IT capabilities, inbuilt cloakroom as well as dramatic, modern lighting features allowing for colour washes, perfect for corporate branding. Ideal for events of up to 200 delegates, Hall Two is both smart and flexible. This room’s wooden floor and wall panels create a warm and elegant decor.

As well as Hall One, Hall Two has a sound proofed glass technical booth built in. Our technical department, or the chosen production team, can make use of this excellent facility so you'll have everything you need to host your corporate conference. 

Catering and registration for Hall Two takes place in the Music Foyer; this Space comes included if taking the DDR  package or is £1,500 + VAT for a day hire.

These three rooms are perfect for small boardroom meetings and breakout sessions. All three are located on floor -2. Limehouse and Wenlock are suitable for boardroom meetings for 20 people as well as theatre style presentations for 30.

The Horsfall Room is the smallest breakout room and is usually used as an office for large conference organisers.

Catering and audiovisual equipment are available on a bespoke basis.

With plenty of natural daylight, picturesque canal views and its own covered terrace, the Battlebridge Room is one of the most unique options for meeting room hire London has to offer. The capacity for a theatre style conference is 100 people. A movable wall splits the Battlebridge Room into two, creating a room for presentations and another for refreshments and registration. The curtains can be closed to black out the light in the conference room during visual presentations.

This room’s technical equipment includes a built in presentation screen & projector, a PA system and internet access. Video recording and more complex technical productions can also be catered for. The Battlebridge Room makes the ideal Space for lunches and breaks during a conference. The large windows and covered waterside terrace create a bright and airy environment for delegates to re-energise during conference breaks.
