The building's cloakroom, toilets and secure storage are on this floor, which makes it the natural arrival point on a whole-building hire, and a quiet breakout room later in the evening. Floor hire is £900 + VAT per session, until 23:00, and is waived when your group books one of our cocktail masterclasses (£75pp + VAT). Minimum 15 guests. Seated meals are wood-fired pizza feasts from 081 Pizzeria downstairs, £25pp + VAT, available outside December. Drinks packages from £25pp + VAT. Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Access: all three floors are reached by stairs. There is no lift, no step-free route and no wheelchair-accessible toilet.
