Three floors, exclusively yours from 10:00 to 23:00, with access from 10:00 for set-up. Up to 75 in any one room, and up to 180 across three floors on request. The format we suggest: register on the 1st floor, panel on the 2nd, pizza feast on the 3rd, cocktail masterclass to finish. Bring your own production crew; we'll make room for them. Filming welcome by arrangement. Whole-building hire is £2,500 + VAT for the day. Minimum 40 guests. Cocktail masterclass £75pp + VAT; drinks packages from £25pp + VAT; seated meals are wood-fired pizza feasts from 081 Pizzeria downstairs, £25pp + VAT, available outside December. Hire-in AV package (PA, 4 wireless mics, screen and projector, panel lighting, technician) £950 + VAT; in-house PA and 2 microphones included. 12.5% service charge on food and drink only. Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Access: all three floors are reached by stairs. There is no lift, no step-free route and no wheelchair-accessible toilet.
