Perfect for intimate meetings, it also has a built-in plasma screen which can be linked to a laptop for presentations. The Terrace Boardroom can also be hired for small private dinners.

**Available for daytime and evening  hire, the Terrace Gallery is a popular venue for daytime meetings up to 100 delegates and has direct garden access.**

 A data projector, screen and PA system are offered for every meeting. The Terrace Gallery provides a beautiful setting for an evening reception with a range of menus to match, from canapes and fork buffets to barbecues and hog roasts.
It can host dinners for up to 90 guests and receptions for 150.

**The Weston Theatre is a purpose built lecture theatre providing a high spec venue for presentations, conferences and screenings.**

It is fully equipped with PA, data projector, screen, lectern and an in-house technician. The Theatre also offers full blackout facilities, air conditioning, WiFi and wheelchair access. More AV add ons are available on request.

**The Garden Room can be hired for both daytime and evening events. Host your next corporate event in this iconic London venue!** 

The Garden Room has a capacity of up to 70 delegates. It can be used as a breakout room for the Terrace Gallery, or a separate catering area.. It can be used as a venue in its own right for smaller dinners up to 60 guests.

**A unique event space in the heart of the museum with a show-stopping digital ellipse and plasma screen. Choose from endless possibilities of show states from a twinkling chandelier to your own bespoke display, perfect for award ceremonies and celebrations.** 

The state of the art facilities offers a capacity of up to 1000 guests for a reception or 420 for a dinner, fully supported by a dedicated events team. Combine the Entrance Hall, with the show-stopping London Ellipse Hall for your event. Customise our state of the art plasma screen and 360° LED ellipse for your presentation, before treating your delegates to a first-class breakfast.
