**The Boat Deck, one of the largest decks for hire on HMS Belfast, this is a great space accomodating up to 150 guests for a reception. Outdoors, but with a alternative indoor space to retreat to in poor weather, the Boat Deck used to be the holding area for the small boats, having previously been the spot from which Walrus aircraft were, literally, catapulted into the air. The Boat Deck has a historical touch as you can still see the crane that lifted the planes back on board and the marks on the deck where the boats sat.
