Natural Light

This is two rooms that are interlinked to create one large area suitable for up to 70 people. With the two areas you get your own private bar plus two bar tenders to look after you making drinks and talking you through the menu etc. 
Within the Secret Room, it is mainly standing space for up to 40 people with a few tables dotted around for guests to sit at. 
Through from the Secret Room we have the Boardroom. This is mainly standing space with some chairs around the outside of the room for people to use if they wish. The room has a large table which can be pushed to the side to lay out any buffet food you may want to order.

The Lost & Found Birmingham

Our stunning venue is available for large scale/large budget events of any up to 350 guests. Included in the exclusive use of our entire venue which includes all 3 private spaces, you will have a fleet of both bar and floor staff ready to accommodate your guests.

Full Venue Hire

The Boardroom is a private dining room suitable for up to 20 people. Here you will be looked after by one of our waiting staff throughout your reservation providing full table service and the room will be exclusive to you and your guests. 

The room does come with a minimum spend which all food & drinks pre-ordered or ordered through your server on the day contribute towards. 


Boardroom

Our Gallery area is raised above the main bar on a mezzanine level and decorated with a floral roof and a private bar! The area would be exclusively yours but you still have the atmosphere from the main bar. It has a maximum capacity of 35 people for a buffet & drinks or 30 people for a sit-down meal. Included in the exclusive use you get a bartender who will look after you for the duration of your booking making drinks and talking you through the menu. The bar is predominantly a cocktail bar but we do serve a selection of wines, spirits and bottled lagers/ciders also. Exclusive use of the Gallery comes with a minimum spend. Please note there are no draught products at this bar & any bought at the main bar will not go towards the minimum spend. With all minimum spends any spend on buffet food or drinks goes towards the spent amount.

The room available would be our Secret Room which is suitable for parties of 20-30 people for a sit-down meal.
