**A flexible, tranquil meeting or dining room that can be hired on its own or connected with neighbouring spaces.** Lodge Room 2 is a versatile meeting room with striking oak beams, plenty of natural daylight and views over the canals of Birmingham, it’s a quiet, peaceful space for board discussions, a day’s training or a relaxed drinks reception. Lodge Room 2 is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and we can provide built-in audio-visual facilities on request. We can arrange the room to suit your event – as a boardroom or classroom, or in a cabaret, u-shape, or horseshoe layout. You can also clear the space for receptions or exhibitions, or have it laid out for a dinner party, wedding ceremony or wedding reception. If you need a larger venue, you can hire Lodge Room 2 in combination with its neighbours Lodge Room 1 and Lodge Room 3. By removing the dividing walls, we can create a single meeting or conference space for parties of up to 120. This space is fully supported by IET.tv, our in-house team delivering broadcast-quality video production, live streaming and AV. We support you from technical rehearsals through to finished recordings, and all content remains yours to keep and repurpose.
