The cocktail experience at Nobu Bar brings a menu of innovative creations, flavour pairings and an authentic Izakaya experience – an informal Japanese bar – to the centre of London’s Marylebone. Each cocktail tells the story of Nobu Matsuhisa’s journey to success from his original hometown of Saitama in Japan to Los Angeles – the place he now calls home. Through an illustrated world map, each cocktail draws inspiration from the countries Nobu has visited and worked, hero’ing flavours from each notable destination in his life from Japan to Peru, Argentina to Alaska and finally the US. A flavour journey featuring intensity, length and flavour profile will also help guests to navigate through the different choices.
