Gouqi

Gouqi, one of London's top 2023 openings located centrally near Trafalgar Square, showcases Chef Tong Chee Hwee's expertise in Chinese cuisine. Under his leadership, the Hakkasan Group received multiple Michelin Stars. The name Gouqi, originated as a play on the goji berry, a symbol of health and vitality that inspires the ethos of the restaurant. Using premium live produce, seasonal ingredients to offer a range of flavours, ingredients and dishes drawn from across China are reflected in our menus. We can cater for exclusive venue hires of up to 100 guests, or host events in our Berri Bar of up to 25 guests. Gouqi also has two interconnecting private dining rooms; seating 12 and 10 should you want to host a smaller private event. For seated dining, we recommend either our 8-course Tasting Menu, 3-course Signature Sharing Menu adding on the Legendary Peking Duck, or we can create set menus based on a la carte preferences. For standing events we can offer a bespoke drinks reception, canapé/bowl food menu, which will be bite sized versions of our a la carte dishes.
