Theyz me Daps is one of several rooms contained within The Waterfront Offices. Set beside the river on central Bristol's Welsh Back, this Hot Desk room's central location is second to none. Theyz me Daps is a bright and funky space for round table meetings right on the waters edge. All rooms come with complementary hot drinks and water, with your catering requirements managed by a superb local caterer. When booking, just let us know if you would like catering and we will contact you to discuss in more detail. The costs of room hire includes Wifi, AV Equipment, along with access to a large kitchen with free tea and coffee making facilities, ping pong table, eating area, sofas and a TV. Various other services such as printing and photocopying are also available on site.

The Waterfront meeting, conference and training rooms can be found on the 2nd floor of newly refurbished offices situated on Welsh Back in Central Bristol, with stunning views overlooking the floating harbour. A stones throw from Bristol's City Centre, Queens Square and less than a 10 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads Train Station - making these the most ideally located meeting rooms Bristol has to offer!

The space on the 2nd floor is dedicated to hosting an array of conference, meeting and training events of varying sizes, from a Board Room of 8, up to a training or meeting/conference room for 50 in a theatre style. It also incorporates a small suite of hot desks, ideal for adhoc working in the centre of Bristol.

The floor has a funky Bristol feel, with photos and murals of Bristol's famous sites including the iconic Clifton suspension bridge, SS Great Britain and the colourful houses of Totterdown. Others murals reflect the room names, all of which are Bristol colloquial phrases from Brizzle to Gert Lush. The building is shared with 3 other companies, Ethicall, Homegrown and CCC IT, there are even pink metal slides between floors! However the 2nd Floor is used exclusively for events, conferences, meetings and training room space.

Accompanying the meeting rooms is access to a large fully equipped break out space including kitchen, sofas,TV, space to eat and also a table tennis table. All of this surrounded by exceptional views of Bristol and the river. This space can be hired for exclusive use alongside any meeting room. Though it is best suited to be used alongside the largest adjacent training room Proper Job.

The costs of meeting and training room hire also include access to in-room refreshments of tea, coffee and water. Also Wifi, audio visual presenting equipment such as a television or projector, white boards and flip charts. Hot desks include access to a telephone and there is also access to onsite technical support.

Various additional services can be arranged from printing/photocopying to various catering options. Please just simply add catering to your booking and we will be in touch.

Where are you?
The Waterfront is located in Central Bristol right next to Queen Square and the river on Welsh Back. We are less than a 10 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads Train Station. Our postcode is BS1 4SB.

Is there any onsite Parking?
No, we dont have any onsite parking, however there are car parks close at Queen Charlotte Street, Broadmead and Cabot Circus Shopping Centre's or metered parking outside and in the surrounding areas.

How many people can your venue hold?
We can cater anywhere from 4 to 50 people across our various meeting rooms. Contact us to find out more on 0117 428 1940.

What Equipment is available in your meeting rooms?
Wifi, audio visual presenting equipment such asa television or projector, white boards and flip charts are also available. Our meeting room Brizzle also has conference call facilities.

Can you provide Food & Drinks?
Complementary in room refreshments of tea, coffee and water are provided. We also provide a full range of buffet catering to suit everyone's taste. Just let us know your requirements when you book.

When are your rooms available?
The Waterfront is open Monday to Friday and rooms are availible from a minimum of 2 hours to a full or half day hire. Room hire is from 8.30 - 5pm for a full day, or 8.30-12.30 & 1-5.00pm for a half day.

What are your booking Terms and Conditions?
Terms, Conditions and Cancellation Policy
We require all payments for booking to be made using a Credit/Debit Card.
In exceptional circumstances an invoice for payment will be raised, but payment must be received by us ahead of the room/desk use.

The following charges apply to all confirmed booking upon cancellation or rescheduling;
1. If cancelled/rescheduled more than four weeks before the room/desk hire we will refund all payments made.
2. If cancelled/rescheduled less than four and more than two weeks before the room/desk hire we will refund 50% of the chargeable fees.
3. If cancelled/rescheduled less than two weeks before the room/desk hire we will charge 100% of the fees.

Please note;
For us, postponement is the same as cancellation – the above rates will still apply if you decide to change the date of your booking.
On part day hire once this is booked for am/pm then this cannot be altered. If you have to do this at any stage then the rates for the time period agreed will still stand.
Changes to bookings or additional requests, such as lunch requirements need to be made no later than 48 hours in advance of the date of your booking.
Any unnecessary damage caused to the venue or the equipment by your party will be charged for at cost price for the item and labour for any fitting.
Room checks and equipment stock takes will happen at the start and end of your hire period.
Any property or equipment left at the venue after the event is done so at the client’s own risk.
We cannot be held responsible for exceptional weather conditions, suspension of travel or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control; and no such circumstances will be considered grounds for cancellations without charge.
By providing payment to secure your booking you are ageing to the terms and conditions of this cancellation policy.
