Excel London

The ICC London Suite provides five meeting rooms for up to 400 delegates, ideal for small meetings, offices or additional breakout space from events in the ICC Capital Hall.

Key features include:
- Self-contained suite
- Pantry kitchen
- Dimmable house lights
- Separate lounge/office space
- Direct access into the ICC Capital Hall
- Private bathroom facilities
- Projector or LED screen
- Heating and cooling

ICC London Suite

The auditorium is designed to accommodate audiences from 1,000 to 4,200 people. With modular seating blocks, complemented by flat-floor conference chairs, this space can be planned to suit your preferred presentation style and delegate numbers.

For larger audiences, the auditorium can be linked with the Event Halls to host up to a further 3,000 people.

ICC Auditorium

Located in the central boulevard, the recently refurbished Platinum Suite is a self-contained conference centre ideal for meetings, gala dinners, product launches and award ceremonies.

Situated across three levels
Level 1: Glass fronted entrance, reception area and cloakroom
Level 2: Lounge, registration area, three syndicate rooms & boardroom
Level 3: Main conference room, organiser & speaker preparation rooms
Available for exclusive hire

Platinum Suite

State-of-the-art event halls for exhibitions, bespoke productions and additional banqueting space. 

Designed to work alongside the ICC Maritime Suite or independently; these halls can be seamlessly integrated into the existing venue, for large-scale events. 

Visitors will be able to access both spaces using a dedicated, private entrance located directly opposite the Aloft hotel.
