Once a public bathhouse, this 6,000-square-foot venue has been transformed into a luxurious event space featuring 19-foot ceilings and a drive-in capable street-level entrance. The studio is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities, including a Void premier sound system, a cyclorama wall, hair + makeup rooms, and drive-in capabilities. The street level space accommodates up to 250 guests, while the lower level is a more intimate setting for up to 75 standing (40 seated).

Situated at 873 Broadway, Home Studios Inc. offers three premier event spaces perfect for film and photo shoots, corporate events, and private parties. With over 15 years of experience, the venue provides a versatile setting that can be tailored to various event needs. The three studio spaces offer distinct decoration options: Studio 1 has warm wood features and a brick wall, Studio 2 has rolling barn doors and dark wood beams and columns, and Studio 3 is an apartment-style loft with a modern kitchen and maple floors.

The spaces are designed to accommodate a range of events, from intimate gatherings to larger corporate functions. Studio 1, the largest option, hosts up to 175 for a standing event (125 seated), Studio 2 hosts 140 standing (100 seated) guests, and Studio 3 hosts 100 standing (60 seated) guests.

Salt Studios offers two fully private warehouse-style studios tailored for creative productions and private events. Studio 1 spans 6,000 sq. ft. while Studio 2 (just a block away) is smaller with 2,300 sq. ft. of space. Both include exposed brick walls, high ceilings, cycloramas, skylights, direct street access, and rentable furniture. There is also a full service equipment room and a bookable 1,500 sq. ft. roof deck.

The airy, sunlit 2,500 sq. ft. space is designed as a blended photography and event studio, and includes a mezzanine, a CYC wall, large windows, and high ceilings.

Capsule Studio can accommodate up to 150 standing guests for private events.

Situated in SoHo, Moonlight Studios NYC offers exceptional event space for discerning clients. The venue has been used for brand activations, product launches, conferences, and fashion shows, with clients like L’Oreal and Nike.

Moonlight Studios specializes in broadcasting and professional recording, with an LED walled studio that doubles as a presentation space and its own virtual control room. This large, 12,000 sq. ft. event space can accommodate up to 500 guests in its divisible floor plan.

LUME studios can host up to 200 guests.

Studio 525 is a luxury event venue in the Chelsea Highline Arts District. This flexible white box space features historic New York architecture, including exposed steel beams and a central skylight. Across the river in Brooklyn, Industria Williamsburg offers a light-filled event space and photo studio with exceptionally high ceilings and an open, customizable space. This 10,000 sq. ft. venue may seem overwhelming, but the warehouse's retractable wall allows for flexible space partitioning. There are also four studios to be used for breakout spaces, immersive event experiences, or filming and photography.
