SoHo’s cobblestoned streets and overpriced boutique stores have become a symbol for what was lost as NYC transitioned from a city to a simulacrum of a city; one recognizable but ultimately inaccessible, sequestered behind thick storefront glass, shackled with a price tag you and I (read: normies) can't afford.

SoHo, NYC
The Farm offers 1,154 sq. ft. of space, ideal for smaller gatherings such as private office events, meetings, or intimate parties. The venue features a modern yet rustic interior that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. It can accommodate up to 75 standing guests and is geared towards hosting memorable, cozy events.
SoHo
SoHo can feel pretty glitzy, but if you want something more laid back, 12 Chairs Cafe is a great option. By day it's a Mediterranean café that's been serving the local community since 1997, and by night it hosts private cocktail parties and celebrations of up to 50 guests. The menu has breakfast options until 4:00pm (a miracle) including shakshuka and borek, and you can order all-day hot dishes and weekend specials like schnitzel and arayes. Just want a little bite? There's plenty of mezze, salads, and pitas too.
Book a party or a multi-course meal in their private dining room, with in-house catering and alcohol provided.
SoHo
The SoHo Grand Hotel features diverse event spaces, including the majestic 1,144-sq.ft. Castelli room. With options for both indoor and outdoor events, this early twentieth-century hotel can cater to a variety of gatherings, from weddings to private dining. The venue's unique interior and tall ceilings allow for dramatic event customization.
Soho
45Grand offers a flexible event space encompassing 4,600 square feet, including a mezzanine. This venue features 16-foot tall beamed ceilings with adjustable ceiling spotlights, suitable for various events. The space is designed to be a blank canvas, allowing customization tailored to specific event requirements. Previously, it has accommodated up to 400 standing guests for events including a notable Nike event.
SoHo
SoHo Lofts provides a vast 50,000-square-foot area divided into five distinct loft spaces. This venue was historically utilized by textile manufacturers and retains many of the city's iconic architectural elements. The lofts can accommodate up to 500 standing guests and are adaptable for a range of events from photoshoots to large-scale parties.
Soho is a bustling hub of every kind of event a New Yorker could envision. Wanna have pizza party dressed as a rat? There's a space in Soho for that. Want to plan a party with every member of extended family - weird, but there's a venue in Soho for that too. All you have to do is rent it out.
