The immersive studio is a 2,400 sq. ft. space that uses high-tech projection systems to create stunning visual displays. The blackout studio, with 21 interactive LED screens, is perfect for letting your guests get up close and personal with your creative project.

The four versatile, apartment-style studios upstairs can be used for social events, photo shoots, or gallery exhibitions. With exposed brick and comfortable furnishings, the lofts are a nostalgic juxtaposition to the futuristic spaces on the lower levels.

Lume Studios can accommodate between 150 to 200 guests for events depending on configuration.

Ag Studios is an ideal minimalist setting for events or photo shoots, with that classic NYC industrial feel that we all know and love. With a full stylist kit and mobile makeup station, AG Studios has everything you need to stage the perfect photoshoot, on top of ample natural light and roll-out backdrops

The 5,500 sq. ft. studio space is also ideal for entertaining. With a full kitchen, you could plan a gourmet dinner party or cater a gallery event. There is also a state-of-the-art audio system if you have a specific playlist to get you in the zone for shooting photos or if you want to get your guests moving at an event. When you’re ready to edit, there’s a glass office attached to the studio space.

Situated on the 12th floor, the indoor and outdoor spaces of Tribeca Rooftop offer minimalist, industrial interiors that keep the attention focused on the skyline. Just below the rooftop on the 11th floor, Tribeca 360 offers panoramic views framed by clean white walls ready to be decorated to your heart's content – if you so wish.
