The Third Floor Suite is the venue's premium event Space, consisting of three fully-equipped meeting rooms, all flooded with floor to ceiling natural daylight.
As well as the main meeting room, there are two attached syndicate rooms that can be used for breakout spaces or to serve refreshments and catering.
Hire of this suite includes access to an exclusive foyer area perfect for registration or catering, an outdoor terrace area, and a private cloakroom.
By booking your event here, you are investing in their community. Coin Street Community Builders is a not-for-profit social enterprise. Income generated from the hire of their meeting rooms is invested back into their community.
Our menus include vegetarian, vegan and wheat free options, and we can always cater to particular dietary requirements on request.

Not only has our building been designed with sustainability in mind, we have carefully selected our catering suppliers so that they are in line with our practices. Awarded with a 3 star (top marks!) Food Made Good sustainability rating, they are the first catering business in the UK to eliminate single-use plastic. Instead they use naturally-fallen palm leaf platters and wrap their food in PLA film made from plants. They even have their own on-site recycling system, churning up on-site food waste and transforming it into renewable energy!
