**A series of four flexible inter-connecting meeting rooms ideal for use as catering, syndicate or break-out areas for events in the Council Chamber.** These four meeting rooms have been renovated into stylish contemporary meeting rooms, while keeping original 1950s features such as the wood panelling. They can be hired separately for smaller meetings and events, or the rooms can be combined by easy-to-remove partitions for larger events. Multiple rooms can be also be hired together. For example, one can be set-up theatre-style for a presentation while the next is a catering space and round table breakout areas in the third and fourth rooms. The meeting rooms offer air conditioning, natural daylight, with full black-out facilities and free standard WiFi, supported by a 100 MB fibre optic line.
