Ruinart is our largest private room and benefits from high vaulted ceilings, floods of natural daylight and its own private secluded roof terrace. 

Located on the second floor of the hotel accessible by both stairs and lift it can accommodate up to 34 Guests on one table, 72 Guests on 6 square tables or 60 Guests in a theatre style.

Located on the Hotel’s first floor and accessible by both stairs and lift, booking Le Pin puts you in the centre of a space stunningly hand-painted in the style of Austrian Art Nouveau artist Gustav Klimt, with golden murals radiating inviting warmth throughout. This room’s beauty and character are sure to make an impact on your guests and make any occasion feel truly special.

Elegant yet informal, the cuisine at Bistro du Vin is simple yet classic, combining fresh, seasonal ingredients with French and British influences for unforgettable meals in comfortable surroundings. Perfect for private parties and dinners, drinks receptions and business brunches, hiring a room at the Bistro of the Hotel Du Vin Bristol assures you tempting food and fantastic service, but there’s far more to these winning, welcoming spaces than just fine dining. With HD projectors and screens, stationary, flipcharts, Wi-Fi and on-site technical support, Le Pin is every inch the meeting room for your next training day, workshop or brainstorming session. The room provides ample space for 40 when seated and can accommodate up to 60 for a standing reception. The Lanson is located adjacent to the Bistro on the ground floor of the hotel. This is a beautifully restored panelled room and can accommodate a maximum of 12 people on a round table in the middle of the room.

The Janneau Bar and Christie’s Library benefits from natural daylight, lots of comfortable seating and its own private bar. This room is a flexible space that is perfect for drinks receptions and networking events. it is also ideal for pre-meal drinks when used in conjunction with our largest room, Ruinart. We can also happily remove some of the sofas to accommodate up to 24 guests on one table or up to 44 guests on two tables for a private meal. The room is located on the first floor of the hotel accessible by both stairs and lift.
