WALTON HOUSE – FILM AND PHOTOGRAPHY LOCATION Walton House is a character family home in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey, offering a range of domestic interiors and a mature garden for film, television, commercials, branded content and photography. KITCHEN AND DINING The open-plan kitchen and dining area combines a stainless-steel island, dark cabinetry, a wooden dining table and views through to adjoining rooms. It offers several angles for food, lifestyle and family scenes, with a mix of practical kitchen surfaces and a lived-in dining setting. GARDEN ROOM The bright garden-facing living space has extensive white-framed glazing, rooflights, timber flooring and blue sofas. Doors and windows connect the interior visually with the garden, creating a setting for natural-light portraits, interviews and domestic scenes. SITTING ROOMS The other sitting areas offer a more traditional, furnished feel, with fireplaces, artwork, sofas and armchairs. A large Union Jack wall feature gives one area a distinctive backdrop. Hallways and doorways provide connecting views between rooms. BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM The bedrooms include a light double room, a room with patterned curtains and a loft-style bedroom with sloping ceilings and freestanding bath. A separate bathroom offers contrasting tiled surfaces and shower facilities. The rooms and areas included in each booking are agreed in advance, together with furniture moves, dressing and any production-base use. GARDEN AND EXTERIOR The mature garden combines a lawn, established trees, shrubs, planted borders and a garden arch, with patio and seating areas offering further outdoor settings. The house exterior and glazed rear extension provide recognisable residential backdrops. Exterior filming and equipment placement must be agreed as part of the production plan. BOOKING TERMS A minimum 10-hour booking applies. Rates are quoted individually according to the production budget, scale, crew size, hours and areas required. Commercials, television and feature productions are priced to reflect their requirements. Please provide a brief, dates, proposed schedule and crew numbers for an accurate quotation. PRODUCTION INFORMATION Maximum crew size: 35. Working hours between 08:00 and midnight may be arranged in advance. The house has domestic power and fibre Wi-Fi; discuss equipment loads and connectivity needs before booking. Access, loading, parking and the use of individual rooms must be confirmed for each production. This is a lived-in family home with two resident dogs. Visiting animals may be considered by prior arrangement. Catering arrangements, tea and coffee facilities, and use of household crockery can be discussed when planning your shoot. Overnight stays for up to five people may be arranged separately. All activities, access and changes to the property require prior agreement.
