It’s creative. It’s buzzing. And it’s yours to explore. This is Dublin’s Docklands. Once, Europe’s gateway to America. Today, one of Dublin’s brightest, most vibrant districts for living and working. 

Inside, you’ll have your own spacious, beautifully designed studio with separate areas for eating, working and sleeping. As well as bustling, open-plan, communal areas to make yourself at home in – including an airy cocktail bar, hightech co-working space and all-day restaurant.

You can book one of the meeting rooms, for groups of 10, 20 or 30 (all with free superfast Wi-Fi). Or book out the entire atrium with bar, which can seat up to 120 people. There is no better way to bring the office together than to host a corporate event. Discover the restaurant for corporate dinner options or the bar for corporate events. Both offer versatility in a classy and casual environment.

Beckett Locke, Beckett Locke 

Studio A offers a large open plan studio that provides a unique industrial blank canvas, ideal for photography and video shoots. 
  
A unique feature of this space is the ramp which allows cars to be driven into the studio from street level - ideal for loading in and out heavy equipment. 

There are pockets of activity within the building. A variety of artists and creative professionals call the studio home and work from their own offices located around the building, say hello if you meet at the coffee machine.  

You’ll have plenty of space for your team to spread out, the studio has a comfortable seating area for your lunch break as well as a private changing and make up room.

- Iron pillars and stone walls provide a unique industrial backdrop

-  Lots of natural light through skylights in the pitched roof

-  Car ramp access from street level (2.1m high x 2.4m wide)

-  Dedicated fuse board with 6 x 20a sockets

-  3 phase 5 pin 32a socket

-  Black/White Reflectors on wheeled stands

-  Changing room with make-up bench, stools, mirrors, rails, hangers and full length mirror

-  Iron and ironing board

-  WiFi

-  Comfortable furniture handy for mid-shoot production meetings or lunch breaks

-  Spacious open-plan layout adjacent to cozy reception and dining area

-  Communal Kitchen area - Kettle, Fridge, Microwave

-  Studio A is not soundproofed

-  Unfortunately the first floor of building is not yet wheelchair accessible
