Directly on the River Thames, just round the corner from London Bridge station, Glaziers Hall is a corporate/private event space in a converted 19th-century warehouse. We like the exposed brick and timber beams that create an understated and stylish event space.

With dramatic arches inspired by the Gothic architecture in the Cathedral, the meeting room in the Garry Weston Library has unique features throughout and magnificent views of the Thames. We’re going to give you some practical information now, but just know we really like all the books on display.

Featuring breakout rooms for those group discussions, Meeting Room 6 at the Shard has the capacity to hold around 6 guests seated in boardroom style.

Located in close proximity to the London Bridge, the location of this meeting room is quite optimal. The presence of transport links around makes it well connected and easily accessible from any part of the city. Complete with a wall-mounted AV and sideboard, this meeting room is in demand for formal gatherings all year round.

With a hire fee of £104 per hour, you can hire this stunning venue from Monday to Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

There is a heritage feel to this London Bridge meeting room with its items from the UK Chamber of Shipping’s history. The Theatre can accommodate up to 40 people. The Boardroom is suited for more medium-scale gatherings of up to 16 people around a large table. Lastly, the Workshop activity space can accommodate 8 people seated in three table layouts.

Located on London Bridge Street, The News Building is a 17-storey office building designed by Shard architect Renzo Piano, and belongs to the Shard Quarter development – you didn’t know that the Shard wasn’t just a fancy building, but an entire area of buildings, did you?

There are a number of modern, sleek-looking meeting rooms and boardrooms for hire. So, if you have the budget to impress, these are the rooms you’ll want to book.

Located at the iconic Shard, the Shangri-La Hotel occupies levels 32 to 54 of this prominent landmark. The perfect venue to host meetings atop Western Europe’s tallest building, this hotel has three signature suites including the Westminster Suite, the London Suite, and the Shangri-La Suite.

Offering unlimited views of the stunning London skyline, this London Bridge meeting room comes with a dining space and can accommodate up to 12 guests in boardroom style seating and 12 seated guests. A polished, productive, and classy space to hold your meetings, the Signature Suites are the perfect place to hold high-end meetings involving international delegates – or national delegates; look, as long as you have the budget, they'll accommodate you.

Not too big and not too small, the Shakespeare Suite is a London Bridge meeting room that we feel covers everything: a flexible space that can accommodate up to 80, and offers plenty of scope for different layouts and set-ups.

It has a sound-proofed partition that can separate the room, ideal for a breakout session. Programmable lighting, state-of-the-art AV equipment, and two LCD flatscreens. Refreshment breaks or pre-function drinks can be held in the second half, to complement your event.

The 8-person Tooley Suite at Eight St Thomas Street resides in a stunning Georgian-fronted building close to the Shard. It’s an intimate, comfortable, and contemporary London Bridge meeting room in a palette of white, grey, and a pop of pink.

The Tooley Suite also comes with complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits – even if the building wasn’t so lovely a space and in such an ideal location, we would book it just for that. Nothing says ‘meeting’ to us like getting down to business while dunking biscuits in tea.

Meeting Room 2 at Hilton London Tower Bridge, located 2 minutes from (don’t get confused!) London Bridge station is a traditional corporate meeting room and event space. No fuss, no frills, just a good venue in a well-connected location.

It can accommodate 50 people in a theatre layout, 20 in a boardroom layout, and 24 in a classroom layout. Hilton provides all the practicals such as AV equipment, a projector screen, a dedicated coordinator, and a 24/7 business centre.

Despite its name, and with a capacity of 100 standing, and 70 theatre style, this is not the largest meeting/event space at TOG Event Spaces, however, as far as traditional meeting rooms go, this is the biggest, hence the name.
