The flagship meeting space at W1 Workspace’s 45 Albemarle Street location, the Mayfair Room is a bright, airy meeting room seating 10–16 in boardroom style (up to 24 in theatre style). The room features natural light, insulated windows, air conditioning, and a 65” Ultra HD TV screen for presentations, with seamless connectivity for Mac and Windows devices.

W1 Workspace also offers the St James’s Boardroom, seating up to 10, equipped with a Samsung Ultra HD TV, Apple TV, screen mirroring and HDMI connectivity. In addition, there is a Kitchen/Lounge area available as a breakout space (POA).

Guests benefit from complimentary refreshments, including Lilly fresh coffee, a selection of Fortnum & Mason teas, premium Hildon mineral water, and assorted biscuits. Whiteboards/Flipcharts, stationery, and writing pads are also provided.

W1 Workspace is conveniently located within a 3-minute walk of Green Park Underground station and just 5 minutes from Piccadilly Circus. Regular opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with out-of-hours bookings available on request.

The Library at St. James's Hotel & Club is a 16-seater boardroom that feels more like a private home than a corporate setting. As the name would suggest, the Library has shelves lined with books, and the room’s central feature is the gorgeous antique table.

This Green Park meeting room also features polished dark wood shelves, a few select paintings, and benefits from a TV screen, A/V equipment, and a relaxed and traditional ambience with warm lighting that is a breath of fresh air from the stark overhead lighting usually found in meeting rooms.

The Piccadilly & Bloomsbury Suite at Sofitel St James is a spacious and contemporary meeting room, ideal for corporate events of up to 70 delegates in a theatre layout, 60 in a classroom layout, 30 in a U-shape, and 30 in a boardroom setup.

The Piccadilly & Bloomsbury Suite benefits from state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment, projector screens, and an adjacent foyer that can be used for guest registration, pre-dinner drinks or refreshment breaks between meetings. Best of all, the meetings & events team at Sofitel St James are on hand to ensure the planning and running of your corporate event is seamless.

The Granville acts as the antechamber to the Library meeting room, and it can accommodate 20 delegates standing for a drinks reception. The Libary and the Granville hired together can accommodate 50 standing guests, or the Granville’s petite meeting room can be hired separately.

This Green Park meeting room and antechamber can accommodate several seating arrangements in traditional and handsome interiors, whilst the main antechamber is art gallery-white and adorned with stylish pieces of art. Ideal for receptions, the room is also great for meetings & presentations when set up in boardroom style and can accommodate 8 delegates in this layout.

Private suite 6 is bright and modern with a circular table that can accommodate up to 6 guests for the most intimate of meetings or a small-team brainstorming session. The meeting room benefits from a TV screen, A/C, and disability access. All meeting rooms at the May Fair are equipped with the very latest audio-visual technology and wireless connectivity.

Private suite 6 can also be arranged in a boardroom layout that can accommodate 6 guests and is located in a private self-contained area on the mezzanine floor of the hotel.

Argyll Hill Street occupies a Grade II listed boutique townhouse and offers two exceptional meeting rooms, the larger of the two being the Darnley Room, it’s able to accommodate up to 16 delegates in a boardroom layout in a space that is bright from plenty of natural light and decorated in a minimalist style.

TV, A/V equipment, flipcharts, and complimentary tea, coffee and water all come with the hire of the Darnley Room, offered by successful meeting and office space providers, Argyll. The boardroom is available for hire from £155 per hour.
